Acty and Abanty are Whity's siblings, dolphins identical to him except for their different tastes in headwear. Acty wears a baseball cap hat while Abanty wears a party hat. Acty was named for a department store in the Osaka Station, and Abanty is named for an underground shopping mall in the Namba district of Osaka.[1]
The two dolphin brothers appear after Whity and Lord River-n-White defeat Balbi. Whity says that he'll leave the oceans in his siblings' care, but Acty mentions that the dolphins control the seas as well as protect them. This echoes some of Whity's comments in other scenes where he talks about dominating the world.
