The Sword Fish is the slowest plane in Sonic Wings 3, but it only needs one power-up to reach full power, making it quite valuable. Its "Half Peak" bomb sends three water-based torpedoes out at the enemy.
Sonic Wings Special[]

On its lowest level of power, the Sword Fish only fires one narrow shot of artillery, making it difficult to hit enemies; however, it does also send out two floating mines which can help. With power-ups, the breadth of the Sword Fish's artillery and number of float mines increase to make it much more powerful. Its bomb is still water-based but now sends out a single large missile which causes damage with a line of several splashes stretching to the horizontal edges of the screen.
