Harry, apparently from New York City, USA, is rather cocky, but his winning pose-- grinning goofily as he flashes a peace sign-- shows his good-natured side. Harry uses an old-fashioned style of karate and is "excitable, simple, and hot-blooded." He has little vision in the eye he keeps covered with his bangs.[1]
